She is survived by: her son David Willis (Jessica) of Emerson, IA; her stepchildren, Brenda Garrison of Denver, CO, David Hauptman (Lesa) of Beatrice, NE, Kathy Prendergast of Omaha, NE and Lori Greenidge of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, David, Elizabeth and Emily; her sister Sharlene Jones (Robert) of Crestview, FL; her siblings-in-law, Ron Hauptman (Jean) of Nebr, Linda Hauptman of Nebr and Cheryl Hauptman of Nebr; and her caregivers, Michelle Francis and Michael Wieckhorst. She is also survived by one great-grandchild; 19 step-grandchlldren, 15 step great-grandchildren.
