It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Borrego of Nebraska City, Nebraska, born in Hamburg, Iowa, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra G. Study and Loretta A. Study (Binachi); and her brother Herman Leslie Study. She is survived by: her husband Richard Borrego of Nebr; her children, Lori Ann Kreifels (Scott) of Nebraska City, Rhonda Jean Borrego of Nebraska City, Rebecca Marie Borrego of Nebraska City and Eric Jon Borrego (Amanda) of Nebraska City; her brother Randy Study of Texas; her uncle Bob; and her aunt Diane Vanderpool of Tabor, IA.
Due to COVID-19 the family encourages those attending to wear masks.
