She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice McKenzie (Mac) and Hazel I McKenzie (Moore); her stepson Eugene Kenneth; and her husband Kenneth Eugene Wurtele. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Roxanne Marie and Rickey Craig; her children, Roxanne Adkins (Steven) of Hamburg, IA and Rickey Wurtele (Rebecca) of Azle; her daughter-in-law Nancy Wurtele of Nebraska City; her grandchildren, Gregory Wurtele, Eric Wurtele, Christopher Golden, Lindsey Farris, Clayton Wurtele, Aaron Wurtele and Joel Adkins; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Lynda, Noah, Hannah, Hope, Grace, Casey Jo and Korky Jean. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
