With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Edward Bowers of Nebraska City, Nebraska, born in Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on July 27, 2022 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bowers and Dorothy E. Bowers (Smith); his wife Susan Kay Williamson; and his siblings, Richard, John Lee and Joan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Hodt Walker (Paul) of Nebraska City, NE and Tina Baker of Nebraska City, NE; his great grandchildren, Bella, Lea, Lila, George, Jaxson, Sam, Millie, Liam, Hudson, Max and Bronce; and his sister-in-law Lisa Williamson of Nebr. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
