He was predeceased by: his father Cleo Edward Allis; and his stepfather Max J. Ward. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Lynn, Barbara of Columbus and Tammy of Columbus; his mother Marjorie Ward (Allis); his sister Susan Freshman (Rick) of Nebraska City; and his friend Scott Engel.
