He was predeceased by: his brother Kristopher David Howell; and his grandfather Roy Howell. He is survived by: his parents, Ulrich Roy Karl Howell (Victoria) of Pleasant Hope, MO and Cheryl Lynn Howell (Sexton) of Nebraska City, NE; his sister Lynne Howell of Nebr; his grandparents, Rosanne, Larry Sexton of Omaha, NE and Marliese Howell of Nebr; his uncles, Mike Sexton (Patty) of Omaha, NE and Greg Sexton of Omaha, NE; and his aunt Michaela Schappert (Dianne Bossung) of Nebr.
