With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Courtney Pierre Herold (Nebraska City, Nebraska), born in Shenandoah, Iowa, who passed away on December 22, 2018 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Herold and Winifred Herold (Nicks); his sister Darla Stukenholtz; his nephew Steven Doiel; and his niece Rachel Curry.
He is survived by: his spouse Donna Faye Herold of Nemaha; his sons, Scott Herold of Minneapolis, MN, Jason Herold (Renee) of Raleigh, NC and Aaron Herold (Susan) of Lincoln; his niece Alicia McMann of Auburn; his grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Chloe and Karsyn; and his siblings, Carter Herold (Dorothy) of Nebraska City, Mike Herold (Paula) of Rock Port, MO, Gloria Beverly Helms (Terry) of Cook, Romelle Copenhaver (Ron) of Plattsmouth, Sunda Kay Doiel of Auburn and Gayle Herold of Auburn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
