He is survived by: his mother Gladys Calfee (Stiverson) of Clarinda, IA; his sons, Trent of Omaha, NE and Luke (Nebraska City); his wife Leigh Dyke of Nebraska City; his sisters, Kellie Calfee and Cindy (Matt); and his nieces, Megan Calfee, Katelyn Darrah (Clarinda), Maicy Darrah (Bellevue) and Lindsay Darrah (Iowa City).
