Barbara Ann Bohlken Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Bohlken of Nebraska City, Nebraska, who passed away on January 24, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley F. Morton and Cora L. Morton (Neal); her husband Jack Jacob Bohlken; and her brother Robert "Bob" Morton. She is survived by: her sons, Jack A. Bohlken (Lily) of Ooltewah, TN and Michael B. Bohlken (Joan) of Frisco, TX; her siblings, Mary Lou Copenhaver (Dick) of Phoenix, AZ, Judy Gerdes of Plattsmouth, NE, Sharon Grauf (Lenny) of Plattsmouth, NE and Shirley Morris (Jerry) of Lincoln, NE; and her brother-in-law Robert Bohlken (Mary) of Maryville, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (1109 1st Corso, Nebraska City, NE 68410). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church in Nebraska City.
