He is survived by: his children, Russell Green (Robin), Richard Green (Linda), Debbie Do (Vinh) and Lesa Terry (Steve); and his siblings, Judy Leoncini, Lela Bateman, Janet Smith, Doug Green and Randy Price. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren.
