He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Blackwell and Margaret Ann Blackwell (Matney); his sons, David Blackwell of Omaha and Anthony Blackwell of Nebraska City; his stepsons, Richard (Rebecca) of LaVista and Johnnathan Hoy of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Victor Hoy and Kari Blackwell; his siblings, Michael Blackwell of Ponca City, OK and Karen Hollmann (Robert) of Ponca City, OK; his nephew Hunter Hollmann; and his nieces, Alysha Eilts and Shayla Hollmann.
