He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Noell; and his brother Dewayne Noell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Barb" Joan Newsom of Murray, NE; his son Troy Noell of Goodyear, AZ; his granddaughters, Sylvie Noell of Arizona and Macie Noell of Arizona; and his brother Roger Noell (Mary Ann) of Glendo, WY. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
