He is survived by: his former wife Elaine Hague; his wife Pam Hart-Kavulak (Edwards) of Murray, NE; his close friend Spike; his children, Chad Hart (Misty) of Plattsmouth, NE, Lee Kavulak (Carrie Morris) of Winnetoon, NE, Michelle Hart of Omaha, NE and Stacey Hart (Dana Newburn) of Johnson Lake, NE; his grandchildren, Zoe Hart (Pat Mack) of Bennington, NE, Morgan Kavulak (Allen Morsett) of Branched Oaks, NE, JeVon Lewis-Hart of Plattsmouth, NE and Jordan Kavulak of Seward, NE; his brother Paul Kavulak, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Char Smith of Omaha, NE and Robert Apprich of Plattsmouth, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
