He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward and Anna Sophia Stander (Meyer); and his brothers, Robert Stander, Dale (Shirley Stander), Jerry (Bessie Stander) and Walter (Annie Stander).
He is survived by: his brother Clifford (Suzanne Stander); and his sister-in-law Pat Stander of Weeping Water, NE. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews along with numerous great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed the American Legion Post #237 in Weeping Water, Nebraska.
