He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wendt and Lela Wendt (Horton). He is survived by: his wife Mary Weisheit; his children, Denise Mainquist (Tyler), David Wendt (Amy) and Tammy Davis (Carl); his grandchildren, Erin Murdoch (Nich), Ben Meeske (Rachel), Cameron Davis, Katelyn Saucedo (Marcus) and Emma Davis; and his great grandchildren, Bridget, Kendall, Justin, Sloan Murdoch, Lane, Harper Meeske, Gabriel and Elijah Saucedo.
