He was predeceased by: his father Merle Borkowski; and his mother-in-law Alice. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Borkowski (Core); his wife Kimberly Jo Andrews; his children, Wyatt and Alyssa; and his brother Douglas.
Following the CDC COVID-19 guidelines, we will comply with social distancing seating and limited gathering sizes for all visitations and services.
Interment will be in Waveland Cemetery, Elliott, IA at 1:00 p.m. Memorials to St. Mark's UMC or American Cancer Society.
