He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Porath and Mildred Porath (Kennicutt); and his brother Leland. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Haney; his children, Brad Porath (Peggy) of Mullen, Dirk Porath (Elizabeth) of Chicacgo, IL and Kari Munn (Tom) of Primrose, NE; his sisters, Carol Ruybalid (Ruben) of Central City, NE and Melba Baldwin (Wilford) of California; his aunt Beulah (Kennicutt) of Fort Collins, CO; and his grandchildren, Kayla Welsh (Jamye), Stephanie Moderow (Marchelo), Kelsey Pettit (Bo), Trenton Porath (Breonna), Ellie, Elissa, Mary Kate Porath, Robin Zentner (Zach) and Haley. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
