He is survived by: his wife Mildred Prentice; his children, Janice Grummert (Jerry) of Beatrice and Michael Szwanek (Jennifer) of Lincoln; his grandson Daniel Grummert (Jennifer) of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Karsyn, Benjamin Grummert (Lauren) of Denver, CO and Nicholas Grummert (Nicole) of Lincoln; his siblings, Ed Szwanek of Evanston, WY, Katherine Kyhn of Grand Island, Sylvia Chelewski of Grand Island and Rosemarie Keilian (Paul) of Omaha; his sister-in-law Mary Szwanek of North Platte; and also, Lane, Grant Szwanek of McLean, VA and Garrett Szwanek of Lincoln.
