We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2024, at the age of 97, Ruth Lucille Ferguson of Morrill, Nebraska, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hanlon and Anna Hanlon; her husband Bill Ferguson; her in-laws, Paul and Freda Ferguson; and her sisters, Agnes Barrett, Margaret Wahl, Wilma Luttrull and Marlene Hastert.
She is survived by: her child Chris Morehead (Clark Burden) of Gering, NE.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Friends of the Morrill Library or to Christ the King Catholic Church, Gering.
