We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 79, Myrna Kay Mitchell in Morrill, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle James (Nortness) and Carl Levi James; and her brothers, William and Norman James. She is survived by: her former spouse Auston Casey; her husband Bruce Mitchell; her son Robert (Faith Casey); her grandsons, Terrence James of Blanchard, OK., Justin Carl of Blanchard, OK. and Connor William Casey of Blanchard, OK.; her great grandchildren, Keely of Oklahoma, Kenton of Oklahoma, Kinsley of Oklahoma and Karley Casey of Oklahoma; her siblings, Merle James (Sharon), Jan Sloop of Morrill, NE and Donna Cozad of Morrill, NE; her aunt LaVonne Nortness of Gering, NE; and also Wayne Mitchell.
The family requests any memorial donations be made to the Church or to the Morrill Fire Department.
