He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren McCumbers and Evelyn McCumbers; his parents-in-law, Eldon and Loretta Carter; his brother Allen; and his nephew Daniel Seabolt.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda "Dee" Carter; his sons, Allen and Chad McCumbers (Cindy); his grandson Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Carter (Lisa), Linda Seabolt (Carl), Carla Ogorzolka (Mark) and Carol Ann Kennedy (John). He is also survived by his family, friends.
