He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Vickie (Rudy), Roberta (Tim) and Marty; his grandchildren, Justin (Lisa), Holly, Ryan (Angel) and Heather (Shane); his great grandchildren, Jameson, Emma, Juliann, Nycole, Kyle, Tuff, Libby and Hunter; his siblings, Bob (Betty), Rusty (Janice), Janice Terwilliger and Effie Eichmann; and his stepsiblings, Kenny Williams and Kay Julius. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“Dear Lil and Family, So sorry about Don. Words can't express our deepest condolences. He was a good friend, neighbor and Neal's co-worker for many years. Don will be missed by many and we pray that God will comfort you all during this difficult time. Even when Don probably wasn't feeling all that well, he and Lil took the time to write a letter for us just days before he passed. We will always be grateful to have friends like Don and Lil Westall.
