He was predeceased by: his parents, William Noel and Phadona Noel (Douglas); his sister Susan; his grandmother Maude Douglas; his great-grandparent Alice Fair; his close friends, Mary and Jerry Misner; and his extended family, Steve and Rhonda Misner (family: Rose Mary Misner) of Wichita Falls, TX.
He is survived by: his nephew Christipher Brunick (Tofer). He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew and their families; numerous great nieces and nephews; cousins.
