She was predeceased by: her parents, Darel Nightingale and Lucille Nightingale (Perry); and her son Kelly. She is survived by: her spouse Orin Bolzer; her children, Dane (Cheryl) and Lynn; her sister Dianne Smith (Ray); her grandsons, Matthew (Heidi) and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, Hadleigh, Kennedi and Payton. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
