He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Elliott and Grace M. Elliott (Sandford); his daughter Diana Elliott; and his siblings, Sanford Elliott, Jane Manion and Izilda "Peg" Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen J. Hettinger.
