She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Schroeder and Lois Schroeder; her husband Arnold Varn; her children, Brian (Giselle) and Karen (Ken); her grandchildren, Joshua, Taryn, Amber and Gabbie; and her great grandchildren, Adeline, Jackson, Elliott, Henry and Layla.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Tunnels To Towers, one of her favorite aid groups, to help out those who gave so much for their country (t2t.org).
