She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Rusk and Francis Rusk (Rogers); her son James Bell; and her siblings, Jack Rusk, Paul Rusk, Betty Bewley, Martha Sisco and Ruth Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband Albert A. Santistevan of Minden; her children, Jerry Bell of Central City, Tracy Santistevan (JoAnna) of Craig, CO, Maurice Santistevan (Bert) of Rocky Ford, CO, Carlos Santistevan of Rocky Ford, CO, DeAnna Elsberry (Rick) of Marshalltown, IA, Sally Baca (Sam) of Rocky Ford, CO and Laurel Cordova of Pueblo, CO; her daughter-in-law Berta Bell of Oelwein, IA; and her brother David Rusk (Mary) of Cedar Rapids, IA. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
