He is survived by: his wife Julie Shada of Minden; his daughters, Rachel Pittner (Michael) of Upland, Nicole Shada Christensen of Minden, Lynn Tomford and Debra Walters; and his sisters, Darlene Harding, Louise Coglianese and Margo Piotrowski (Slawek). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
