She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Garrelts and Nina Garrelts (Jepsen); her daughter Stacey Marie; and her brother Clyde Garrelts. She is survived by: her husband Norman Christensen of Minden; her son Tyler Christensen of Kearney; her sister Cindy Swanhorst (Curt) of McCook; and her siblings-in-law, Vickie O'Brien (Randy) of Ord and Matt Schmidt of Omaha. She is also survived by relatives and close friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (206 N Colorado Ave, Minden, NE 68959-1623).
