He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn J. Jacobsen (Slater). He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his father Roland "Rollie" Jacobsen of Norman; his siblings, Grant Jacobsen (Tammi) of Hastings and Crystal Johnson (Bob) of Minden; his parents-in-law, Edward and Grace Glesinger of Spalding; and his brothers-in-law, Matt Glesinger (Mary) of Spalding, Mike Glesinger (Sarah) of Alliance and Mark Glesinger of Alliance. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.
