He is survived by: his children, David Jon and Denise Juane; his wife Judy Meyer (Kahrs); his stepchildren, Deanna Appel (Steve) of Blair, David Nielsen of Minden and Denise Houston (Jim) of Elkhorn; his sister Delores Ingram of Minden; his stepson Rick Meyer of Osborne, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Marissa, Dane, Anissa, Anson, Austin, Amy, Sarah, Mandy and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Lili, Ashtain, Alizabeth, Aaron, Annie, Ayva, Asher, Taislee, Raylee and Crew. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
