She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur R. Becander and Anna V. Becander (Anderson); her husband Adrian "Snowy" M. Maxon; her brother Dale Becander; and her grandchildren, Ann Mills and Blake Maxon.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Maxon (Colleen) of Minden, Scott Maxon (Delaine) of Minden and Kelly Mills (Lon) of Minden; her grandchildren, John, Paul, Luke Maxon, Brandon Maxon (Becca Kmiec), Brooke Lundeen (Joe) and Spencer Mills (Breanna); and her great grandchildren, Joanna and Selma Lundeen.
