He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Victoria (Mike) of McDonough, GA; his wife Carol Blow of Minatare; his son Darcy Blow (Cathy) of Minatare; and his grandchildren, Angela, William, Amanda, Benjamin, Zachary, Jack and Brandon. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
