It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jane Carey (Minatare, Nebraska), born in Bayard, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 81, on August 18, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Nuss and Dorothy Nuss (Kraus); her husband Raymond Carey Sr.; her stepchildren, Jimmy Carey and Diane Hartman (Jeff); and her sister-in-law Genny Nuss (Richard).

She is survived by: her son Raymond Carey Jr.; her stepchildren, Ralph Carey and Joyce Moss (Tom); her grandchildren, Nicolai A. Carey and Tatiana King; and her siblings, Robert Nuss (Mary Ann), Richard Nuss and Tonya Baum (Randy). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many step-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Jane wished any donations be given to the Panhandle Humane Society.
