She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tomjack and Regina Tomjack (Kahloff); her husband Robert Smith; and her son Rodney Allen. She is survived by: her daughter Jeanine Marie; her friend Bev McDaniel; her children, Russell Smith (Shirley) and Jeannine Martin; her grandchildren, Joe Smith, Amanda Kepler (Nick), Kenzie Bowers (Jerrick) and Jerome Smith; her great grandchildren, Gracie Smith, Payton, Tanner, Trey Kepler and Addyson Kraski (Smith); her sister Mary Ann; and her sisters-in-law, Vonda Walter and Janice Tomjack.

Cremation has taken place at Deloris' request and a memorial has been established to the family to be designated at a later date.
