With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexander Pester of Minatare, Nebraska, born in Gering, Nebraska, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Heilbrun; his parents, Jacob and Elizabeth; his siblings, Edward Pester, Henry Pester, Jake Pester, Mollie Cottrell and Loraine Abel (John); and his brother-in-law Lon Nichols.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Knoles, Steven Pester (Michelle) and Dick Pester (Jerra); his grandchildren, Justin Pester, Nicole Martischewski (Ryan), Tracie Lind (Tyler) and Sara Pester; his great grandchildren, Ross, Avery June Martischewski, Jamen, Austin, Rhip, Emma Pester, Caden Pester and Lukas Pester; and his sister Dorothy Nichols. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
