He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Sr. Kassik and Emma A. Kassik (Suda); his sister Eleanor; his brother-in-law Louis Matthies; his brothers, Donald Kassik and Frank W. Kassik Jr.; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Evelyn Halama; and his niece Joy Matthies.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Halama; his daughters, Karie Lynn, Stacey Jo and Karie Jobman of Beatrice; his son-in-law Jim Muff of Crete; his grandchildren, Ethanael Jobman, Carter Muff and Alice Muff; his sisters-in-law, Nori Kassik of Lawton, OK and Margaret Kassik of Milligan; his cousin Richard Kassik (Judy) of Milligan; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Jo Fountain of Lawton, OK, Kathy Gillmore (Tom) of Lincoln, Karen Filipi (Dean) of Milligan, Karla Kassik of Lincoln, Lorie Ann Pinkham (Scott) of Minden, Paul Kassik (Jeannie) of Shickley and Perry Kassik (Judy). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
