He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Krupicka and Emma Krupicka; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Lillian Dolnicek (Kalvoda); his daughter Kay Pavelka; and his siblings, Lawrence, Raymond, Adolph, William, Antoinette, Rita and Grace.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Joseph and Michelle Rene; his wife Donna Krupicka of Milligan, Nebraska; his children, Rod Krupicka (Diana) of Milligan, Nebraska and Michelle Backemeyer (Brad) of Elmwood, Nebraska; his son-in-law Ron Pavelka of Glenvil, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Marcus, Savana, Cheyenne Krupicka of Milligan, Ashley Smidt (Ely) of Fairfield, Ryan Pavelka of Cincinnati, Greg Pavelka of Glenvil and Tatum Backemeyer of Elmwood, Nebraska; and his great grandchild Willa Smidt of Fairfield, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
