He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norris Bernasek, Dale and Beulah Otte. He is survived by: his former spouse Chandra Merkel; his son Boden Graham; his parents, Mike Andreasen and Mitzi Graham; his siblings, Daniel Graham, Jill (Greg Kraus) and Charlotte (Austin Scott); his nieces and nephews, Riley, Ryan, Katherine, Kayden, Clara, Mila and Luka; his grandmothers, Lois Bernasek and Nancy Kalvoda; and his brother Trevor Lemke. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorials are to be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
