He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Dlouhy and Evelyn Dlouhy (Uldrich); his wife Kathryn; his daughter Kim (Tim Tuley); and his grandsons, Josh Dlouhy and Hayden (Laine Dlouhy).

Memorials are to be directed to Jefferson Community Health & Life Hospital or the Western Fire Department.
