He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ellsworth and Alice Hazzard (Osborn); his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Roslyn, Lois, Ruth, Bernard, Kenneth, Walter and Harley; and his grandson Jared Lee.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Carolyn E. Williams; his children, Debra (Art Thompson), Patti (Dan Lee), Edwin (Rhonda Hazzard), James (Yenni Hazzard) and Russell Hazzard of Highlands Ranch, CO; his sister Hazel Strickler of Plattsmouth, NE; and his sisters-in-law, Marlyn Hazzard of Broomfield, CO and Geri Hazzard of Kearney. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 13Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
