He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roth and Emma Roth; his brother Les; his wife Aloha Roth; his parents-in-law, Jake and Esther Roth; and his siblings, Rollin (Doris Roth), George (Jean Roth), Harold (Bonnie Jean Roth), Leslie Roth, Leona (Daniel Miller) and Irva (Daniel Ropp).
He is survived by: his sons, Doug, Steve (Annete) and Brad (Roxie); his friends, Rook, Dominos and Baseball; his children, Jeff and Jamie; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jeppesen (Robert), Emily Riley (Cayden), Julie Coffey (Daniel), Makayla Zach (Aaron), Trevor Roth, Tori Roth (Clay Nickels), Parker Roth, Keylie Roth, Taylon Roth, Carter Roth, Eeagan Roth and Tiffany Bernasek (John White); and his siblings-in-law, Lauralee Kaufmann (Nyle) of Iowa City, IA, Lori McCullough (Earl), Richard, Eleanor Roth, Fredetta Roth, Arvilla, Wilton Schweitzer, Donna and Willis Roth. He is also survived by 13 Great grandchildren.
