He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilber Bassett and Ann Bassett (Schroeder); his wife Renee Henricksen; his children, John M. Bassett, Jay Bassett (Dee) and Jill Graham (Christopher); his siblings, Marty Bassett and Kathy Leishman (Ron); and his grandchildren, Wesley, Calvin and Leila Graham. He was also cherished by niece, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and three great-grand nieces.
