He is survived by: his children, Wendy Dale, Van Wurst (Pam) and Lance Wurst (Paula); his grandchildren, Brent Dale (Angel), Rhett Wurst (Mary), Kasey Wurst, Sarah Holst (Nathan) and JoAnna Wurst; and his great grandchildren, Paul Dale, Henry, Mae, Eliza Wurst and Sage Holst.
