She was predeceased by: her parents, George Neemann and Marie Neemann (Ross); her husband Richard Willard; her former husband Vern Willard; and her daughter Joan Storey.
She is survived by: her son Gary Willard; her son-in-law Ray Storey; her granddaughters, Melissa Smith (John Connell), Jen King (Zak) and Nicole Jasper (Dillon); and her great grandchildren, Austin Adams, Kylee Adams, Lilee Smith, Harley Davison, Alexis Davison, Brooklyn Davison, Gage Davison, Carter Jasper and Jaxon Jasper.
