He was predeceased by: his parents, John Welsch and Alvina Welsch (Timm); his wife Louise (Martin); his siblings, Dorathea Cooper (Robert), Idala Aholt (Marvin), Samuel Welsch and Lowell Welsch (Jeanne); his nephew John Cooper; and his great-nephew Tyler Aholt.
He is survived by: his children, David (Debra Welsch), Mary (Michael Wiese), Samuel Welsch (Patricia Spitzer), Lincoln and Mark Welsch (Bonnie Cosentino-Welsch); his grandchildren, Daniel Welsch (Kristy Koeppe), Ember Welsch (Jeremy Patterson), Peter Welsch, Theresa Spitzer Smith, Al Cosentino, Benjamin (Jennifer Welsch), Rebecca (Matthew Steuk), Jillian Wiese and Karl Wiese; and his great grandchildren, Naomi, Matthew, Ada, Burton, Harrison, Raegan, Lincoln, Truman, Wilson, Trevin, Isaac and Madisyn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Center for People in Need, Lincoln, NE, Milford FoodNet, or the Milford Senior Center.
