He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron V. Skinner and Pearle J. Skinner (Beyersdorf); his sibling Jerry; and his granddaughter Dacee Paige Connell. He is survived by: his wife Oleta Skinner (Dahlgren); his children, Loleta Connell (Casey) and Neil Skinner (Ashley); his grandchildren, Cade, Jace, Trey Connell and Pearle Leta Skinner; and his sister Junie Hooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors.
