With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Edward Sterner (Merna, Nebraska), who passed away on March 17, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sterner and Jennie Sterner (Halliwill); his wife Esther Sterner; his son David Sterner; his sisters, Eunice Price and Virginia Peterson; and his brothers-in-law, Cecil Price, Steve Jorgenson, Edward Murray and Louie Murray.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Jorgensen; his sons, Ed Sterner of North Platte and Clifford Sterner (Jeri) of Merna; his grandchildren, Tim Sterner (Jen) of North Platte, Terry Sterner (Colleen) of Merna and Travis Sterner (Wynne) of Merna; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Dalton, Jace, Devin, Sienna, Judd and Maggie; his sisters, Ardis Martin (Arlis) of Walla Walla, WA and Shirley Jorgenson of North Loup; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Peterson of Holdrege, Donna Murray of Valley Forge, PA and Helen Murray of Holyoke, CO.
