He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Daake and Margaret Daake (Zimmer); his former wife Yolanda Debban; his fathers-in-law, Harold Debban and Wayne Hirsch; his brother Harold Daake (Cork); and his brother-in-law Ed Dauel.

He is survived by: his wife Denise Clark; his children, Sadie Cole (Canton) and Ross Daake (Shantel); his stepdaughters, Jessica Mittelstaedt (Stephen), Mattie Demoret (Marty) and Deena Nipper (Dusty); his grandchildren, Martha, Abram, Arthur, River, Carver, Peyton, Brooklynn, Norah, Leighton, Elias, Eden, Luca, Caylee, Atley, Cainan and Paxton; his mothers-in-law, Eileen Debban and Rose Hirsch; his siblings, Bernadine Dauel, Marie Menke (Mel), Carol Buoy (Roger) and Greg Daake (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Daake, Deb Gribble, Kendra Weibe (David), Darrell Hirsch (Jan) and Paul Debban (Judy).

Memorials are suggested to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Merna.
