She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schutt and Hilda Schutt (Weertz); her husband Bud; her son Kenneth; her brother Edward Schutt; and her son-in-law Ken Whitwer.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Smith (David) of Earl Park, Carol Petersen (Steve) of Neligh, David Fowlkes (Brenda) of Meadow Grove and Julie Krueger (John) of Tilden; and her sisters, Margaret Warneke of North Carolina and Dorothy Staub of Tilden. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
